🔄 Restore Purchases

If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices, use the "Restore" button on the purchase screen to restore your lifetime access.

🗑️ Delete Your Data

Want to start fresh? Go to Settings → Data → "Wipe All Data" to delete all your local data and cloud-synced information.

Common Questions

The app won't analyze my photo

Make sure you have an internet connection and the photo clearly shows the whole watermelon. Try taking the photo in good lighting and from about 2-3 feet away.

My purchase isn't showing

Try the "Restore Purchases" button on the purchase screen. If that doesn't work, make sure you're signed into the same App Store/Google Play account you used to purchase.

Request a refund

Refunds are handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) directly. Visit your purchase history in the respective app store to request a refund.
